Description
An infectious full-length cDNA clone of SARS-CoV-2-Wuhan-Hu-1, with a nanoluciferase (nLuc) reporter gene inserted between orf7a and orf7b. The cDNA is flanked by a CMV promoter and a hepatitis delta virus ribozyme. This plasmid can be used to generate infectious virus through transient transfection.
